Eight to ten minutes is the cut off point. But I think I said in the past if you can't explain something in 5 minutes then you don't really understand it. I think that's true. I guess it's that quote always leave them wanting more. :-) Give them half a cup and let them ask for more. Ha. :-) It would be nice to hear more on brain science. Not sure about using chemicals though.
