  1. About "45,000 Muscovites" Fighting in Ukraine. Yes, and nearly everyone of those were taken from prisons. Likely quite a few sent there for protesting. Arrested for protesting today and sent to the Donbas frontlines within 30 days or less.

  2. @paulbrownett3673 Some yank generals just spew nonsense. That 2 billion$ the general spouted is based on the cost of the F-16's, and all the costs associated with its 40 year lifecycle. The F-16's the Ukrainians would recieve have exceeded about 50% of life cycle. In addition, they are prematurely being retired The cost of the F-16 is basically zero. They are being sent to storage as F-35's replace them. Ultimately, they will cost the U.S. money to destroy them. Some are as already being fitted with remote & autonomous controls for training new pilots. They are literally going to shoot them out of the sky. This is no different then some military munitions that the U.S. priced out at replacement cost when in fact the U.S. was preparing to spend a lot of money to have them destroyed(This can actually cost 25% of original cost). It's actually cheaper to give them to Ukraine including shipping. I suspect the issue of F-16's has more to do with maintenance personnel than pilots. About 25 per aircraft and most would need to speak some basic English if not actually fluent.
