  1. No country is immune to having weapons stolen, but my guess is it's a small percentage in Ukraine at this time simply because there's so little verses need. What's being discussed here is when the inventory starts piling up as demand for it declines. Warehouse inventory is where stuff tends to be pilfered. Most everything going to Ukraine is immediately sent to the front. If you find anything on the black market at present, it's more likely it came from small arms weapons and munitions both left in Afghanistan and weapons in the Afghan militaries possession when they were over ran. Also know that every country including the U.S. & ruZZia have military equipment stolen from their inventory and sold on the black market. It's appears unavoidable no matter what precautions they take. All they can do is try and minimize it.
