  1. South Africa should be careful. A slew of sanctions on them could cause a civil war. Their political situation isn't very stable these days. And ruZZia sure can't pick up the financial slack. They can't even maintain their military financial obligations. And ruZZian reserves are gradually being depleted. Due to all their frozen and to be confiscated foriegn reserves and their outstanding debts, they are technically already in the red financially.
