  1. Sanctions take time. Especially when talking oil & gas. These take time to replace. Note if Bidens oil & gas restrictions were rescinded, the U.S. could single handedly replace a large chunk of that demand. There's also several impoverished countries that could help if outside support was provided. Thus these impoverished countries could be greatly helped financially by the market.
