  2. @Bob Fg No. Prigozhin is just a front man. This gives Putrid plausible deniability. Putrid decides what contracts Vagner/Prigozhin gets. This all began in 2014. Most of Wagners original mercs were recruited from both active and former elite ruZZian units. The played a major role in the Crimea and Donbas regions.
