  1. That was a beautiful rest area you found. It left me wondering if the rest areas in NV tend to be as beautiful as the ones in AZ. And BTW, those rye crackers are from Sweden. I used to eat them all the time when I lived there. Very dry, but good with a slice of cheese, tomatoes, bell peppers and/or ham. A Swedish staple:)

  2. Wasa(brod) or Wasa Bread is a Swedish company, but they also have a bakery in Germany. Is probably where they do most of their exporting from.
