  2. I did something different. I bought in 2012 knowing the U.S. market was near it's bottom. I missed the EXACT bottom by about 6 months. You can look at real estate charts, and you can buy in depressed areas around the world.

  5. A few of his properties are secure living complexes so they come already with people on site. Andrew once broke down all the costs including management for either 5 or 6 properties and I believe the figure came out to just over $16,000 per year. I remember the point he made that he knows people in New Jersey that pay multiples of that in property tax alone for just ONE house.

  9.  @Elfred-q4p  Andrew pays no rent, nor does he collect any rent. And he paid way more than a "total of" 300,000 for 6 properties (Now he owns 11 properties.) His Istanbul property alone was a $250,000 minimum requirement for the CBI (Citizenship By Investment) program.

  10. You can start by having your passport ready, or by having one temporary residency where a country will welcome you in because of that residency and not block you. You don't necessarily need to own houses.
