  1. @Snehesh Tanks were created to overcome challenges of trench warfare during WWI. Nearly all militaries are operating for 1st wave and 2nd wave battlefield. 1st wave is land armies consisting of foot soldiers, cavalry on horseback. 2nd wave is based on knowledge, intelligence and superior situational awareness. What's happening in Ukraine and has already happened in Armenia is dumb weapons being destroyed by smart weapons. AWACS, RC 135, drones, spy satellites have played a significant role in the decimation of Russian military in Ukraine. Future wars will be fought with unmanned drones and vehicles which can be swiftly deployed and extracted from the battlefield. Not giant lumbering behemoths which can be easily targeted and destroyed. What has happened to Russian tanks has also happened to Russian ships, fighters and helicopters. Our military generals need to read few books on change management like "Who Moved My Cheese". The environment has changed and they are still looking at things through old lenses.
