@DKS Modani sarkar could easily put the Nehru Gandhis behind bars in the National Herald case. Yet they chose an extremely weak defamation case to temporarily make a martyr out of Rahul to strengthen him politically as Modani is afraid of a union of regional parties just like Mamata had pointed out. Even BJP knows the Surat Court's flawed judgment will be thrown in the dustbin by Supreme Court and RaGa will be reinstated as MP. This temporary martyrdom of RaGa, can have some positive impact to Congress in Karnataka. But, in Maharashtra, BJP's breaking up Shiv Sena has gone wrong as UT has the support and sympathy of the Marathis. Shinde is being perceived as a traitor by the traditional voters of Shiv Sena.
