  1. India needs more than 10 SSGN which can fire hundreds of land attack cruise missiles. We need SSGN because China can hit all major cities across north India with conventional weapons but India cannot hit the eastern coastal China which is the mainland China. This means China can inflict major damage to India without India being able to retaliate. This delay can come as a blessing in disguise as India needs more nuclear submarines than conventional diesel electric submarines which have limited offensive application. India should order 4 more Scorpene submarines and focus on a potent fleet of SSGN. India also needs heavy bombers like B1 or Tu95.
