  1. The ambassador is partially correct when he says we have same people across both sides of Indo Nepal border. Parts of UP and Bihar were gifted to Nepal by Britain for Nepal's help in putting down the 1857 sepoy mutiny. Nepal has taken the land, but never accepted these Madhesis as Nepalis. The Madhesis have warm feelings for India but the non Madhesi Nepalis have very strong anti India sentiment. We have to replace open borders with restricted borders with visa entry.
