Meitei are Tai Chinese and Kukis are Burmese. Both want to separate from India with the help of China and Burma. No wonder Hindi movies are banned in Manipur supposedly a Hindu state. BJP is sleeping with separatist forces in NE which has led to the current mess in NE.

@lhunminthangkhongsai8162 Kukis are also involved in insurgencies in NE. That's how they are so well armed and now clashes have broken between the Meitei and Kuki insurgent groups following the Civil War in Myanmar which has led to several Burmese people taking refuge in India. Mizoram has welcomed the Chin people from Burma as they belong to the same ethnic group whereas same Mizoram kicked out other non Chin tribal groups in Mizoram. If you are not happy in India you people need to go back to your native countries and leave us in peace.

@gracious76 Kukis can go back to Burma from where they came. People of foreign origin need to Integrate with the local people else they need to return back to their native land.
