"Buddy" on the contrary time is up for Nepalis like you who have been taking things for granted for far too long. If Bengalis are oppressing Nepalis and Jharkhandis then millions of them wouldn't settle in West Bengal. There are 20 million Hindi speaking people in West Bengal.

On the contrary, Bengali speaking Jamshedpur was retained with Bihar and now Jharkhand at the request of Tata during state reorganization on the basis of language. The British legally acquired Darjeeling from Sikkim and Kurseong Kalimpong from Bhutan to start their tea gardens. These places had next to zero population before the British started their tea garden. Tens of thousands of nepalis were brought here as temporary guest workers who were supposed to return back to their country Nepal with end of contract. Instead nepalis have been settling in North Bengal leading to their numbers jumping from few thousands to 20 to 30 lakhs today. From the venom you are spewing towards Biharis and Bengalis it is clear you are a namak harami nepali who spits on the very plate on which he eats. No wonder Bhutan kicked you people out from their country and large parts of NE have banned entry of nepalis.

@helcurt2509 Darjeeling, Kurseong, Kalimpong are integral parts of West Bengal where large number of Nepali nationals have settled. States can only be reorganized after request comes from the state assembly. If you are not a Bengali or Nepali or Bihari then which community do you belong to which is so anti Bengali while living in Bengal???

@mainakghosh7052 Gorkhas are pure Nepalis from north Nepal. They are not natives of India. More than 90% Nepalis are not even Indian citizen as cut off date for automatic Indian citizenship for Nepalis is 1945. Those Nepalis settling after 1945 will be Nepali citizens unless they have applied and acquired Indian citizenship. More than 90% Nepalis in Bengal have settled after opening up Indo Nepal border due to 1950 Indo Nepal Friendship Treaty.
