  1. Fact is, Congress has also hidden, suppressed, or distorted our history to create a nation by merging British occupied India with 565 kingdoms who have nothing in common. India, has been invaded by waves of foreign invaders of whom the Europeans were the last but first to leave the subcontinent. Those who came prior to the British still have hostile relations with the natives. We all have been taught about Afghan and Turkic Mughal occupation of India. But, our history books are completely silent about NE being invaded and occupied first by Chinese and then by Burmese for close to 6 centuries. It is only in 1832, NE was liberated from Burma by East India Company and returned to india but with majority population consisting of people of Chinese or Burmese origin who have never accepted themselves as Indians. This is only one such part of Indian history which has been erased from our history books to create a nation out of religion. Congress from the very beginning represented soft Hindutva. BJP only exposed what was always behind wraps.
