  1. Rafale deal is still pending in the French court. Supreme Court of India has given a clean chit wrt the procurement process in the acquisition of 36 Rafales. But, it is silent wrt cancelation of 126 Rafales which took 10 years to finalize and was unilaterally canceled by Modi without consultation of defense minister let alone defense acquisition council. Wrt charges of corruption, Supreme Court has washed its hands from the matter declaring that it is not an investigation agency. The government refuses to answer even to a JPC why India is paying 240 million dollars for an 80 million dollars fighter.
