I had to think about that one for a while, but if reality is mysterious and confounding, how do you put it into mere words? That's the first hurdle, and second hurdle is the dichotomy of objectivism vs solipsism, or that we already know that a perceived reality exists in conjunction with awareness. this is self-evident and requires no evidence. But to assert that some kind of reality exists independant of awareness is an affirmation that does require evidence (faith). The burdeon of proof lies in objectivism.

It's an interesting learning process, maybe that's what we're here to do, learn? I believe the leraning process is as important if not more important that socializing with others. Socializing is important too of course, becuase we're social creatures, and if we don't socialize, we go crazy, and I believe that's been shown XD, but educate your mind as well, and I don't mean a formal education, more like learning about life, finding out who you truly are and possibly how you related to the rest of the cosmos. "Know thy self", as Socrates put it. Unfortunately too many people spend too much time watching television and fill their minds with garbabe. If what they say about virtual reality is true, that in 30 years or so, we'll be able to virtualize the human mind and the time lapse between ideas and objectivity will literally vanish, true originality in the strict sense of the word, will be not only an idea, but a physical manifestation...in the virtual world.

There's a risk/reward that you have to factor in. My kid didn't go to daycare, so the risk of him getting infected was negligible. Getting an MMR vaccine meant he had a 50% chance of getting an upper respiratory infection. I don't know if you're a gambling woman...probably shouldn't be... Anyway, now he's older and if he gets measles or mumps or rubella, it's not a death sentence.

Consciousness is really just an awareness of now; what is clear, present and self-evident. So therefore, this frame of reference doesn't really require a label. The fact that it has been labeled is indicative of another illusionary device aimed at aligning the awareness of now to an inventory of fragmentation. Likely to instill and harbor mistrust in the evidence of what one knows to be for sure, in favor of faith or belief in some external factor that is in fact the source of reality. This is no different the belief of a God.

Amino acids are building blocks and they add mass to your body in the form of muscle, bone and connective tissue. Vegetables don't provide sufficient protein. So a lot vegans actually give up a vegan diet because they get so skinny. Veggies alone don't cut it. That's what nuts and seeds are for.
