  2. @J A blocking other states from using rail system. We are being sued by 3 states cause of it.. He's pro free needles as he builds safe heroin sites. Taxes are 2nd most as he trys to copy Cali. Gas tax, car tabs tax, property taxes, as people move out the city, he's pushing to be taxed per mile. Sin tax. A pack of cigarettes is 3x the cost than say Virginia. But hey ebt can be used at fast food chains.
