  3. Obviously. But SCOTUS is obviously wildly corrupt so the reality of the law is irrelevant. This is about power and money, and nothing else.

  4. SCOTUS is overtly political and pretty much always has been. The only change is how breathtakingly and openly corrupt it is willing to be. It is delegitimising itself at a rate of knots. Biden had a chance to expand the court in 2021 but, because he is basically a pro-corporate conservative, he decided not to.
