  1. ​ @geminix365  That's why wages in IT and engineering are always high since training unskilled workers to do complex high skilled jobs is impossible in short period so companies have no option but to pay high salaries with better work conditions but jobs that require few days of training and low skills like restaurants and retail and .... can always get cheap labor
