  2. ​ @thearpox7873 They still aren't using their best stuff. Russia never wanted to destroy Ukraine; scorched earth wasn't the goal. Also, obviously you missed that Russia is testing new intercontinental ballistic missiles. Most westerners don't understand Russian military goals, because we do scorched earth as a matter of course. We don't care if half a million children die; as Madeleine Albright said, they're acceptable collateral damage. The Russians don't think that way, at least regarding Ukraine.
