@richardm4825 You know that the US imprisons the highest percentage of its population in the world, right? And he didn't force anyone to flee. The IT guys left because they were afraid of conscription, but the government gave them amnesty, so many of them came back. Even Konstantin went back, within weeks. He did a video with Russell in Moscow about 3 weeks after he made such a big deal about leaving.

You're right, Ukraine isn't the same. It's military has been decimated. The soldiers on the ground now are mostly foreigners. And NATO? The NATO countries have virtually disarmed themselves to arm Ukraine. All of that weaponry that Germany and France recently promised doesn't exist, and they don't have the means to manufacture it.
