  1. Trudeau's mother had an affair with Castro in the months before his conception. Trudeau looks exactly like Castro, but nothing like his father. I don't think this is mean-spirited or far-fetched at all. I'm the product of an illicit affair between my mother and her pastor, and she passed me off as her husband's child for years until she ran off with my real father. Even then she got away with it until my younger sister was born and looked exactly like me, with my father's eyes staring back at everyone.

  7. ​​ @paulsingh11 When the restaurants had their own delivery staff, it didn't cost much to have food delivered. Now they're all using third party delivery services and it costs $40 to have $20 of food delivered. I don't know why anyone bothers to order food for delivery anymore.

  13. That just causes more inflation because prices go up all across the board, and so do rents because landlords charge more, knowing that everyone has more money. That's why housing in college towns is so expensive - all of that student loan money up for grabs.

  15. That's bogus information. Literally bogus. The minimum wage all over Europe is less than the minimum wage in any state in the US. The workers can live on it in the countryside, but not easily in the big cities - oh, just like here! Look at that! Also, only full-time workers get those benefits you mentioned; most minimum wage jobs are part time. And did you know that in Europe, McDonald's cut the number of workers by half while opening new stores? When you make it more expensive for a business to operate, especially if it's because of worker costs, the businesses are going to fire workers. It always happens, every time.

  16. Do you know how illegals get jobs? They steal the Social Security numbers of citizens. Then they file tax returns using those Social Security numbers to get refunds, depriving the actual citizens of their rightful refunds. This happened en masse at my husband's company a few years ago after a system hack. We didn't know that our ss numbers had been used by illegals until we filed our tax returns and they said we had already filed.
