  1. If the Supreme Court justices are influenced by popularity polls, or threats, or any outside influences rather than deciding cases based on their Constitutionality, they're in the wrong job.

  2.  @007kingifrit  Obamacare. Obamacare was passed because Congress said it was not a tax. If it were a tax, the wording to create a tax had to start in the House of Representatives, but it didn't. The Supreme Court found that it was a tax, but in spite of its unconstitutionality, let it stand. Or the internet sales tax. Or the eminent domain decision of 2005. How much time do you have?
