@jeffwylie5899 Judicial Watch took Bill Clinton to court over classified material that he had in his possession after he left office. The court found that anything in the hands of a former president is deemed to be declassified by default. it was a pro-Clinton court protecting Bill Clinton, but it became the precedent for all presidents. Therefore, it's impossible for Trump to take classified material contrary to the law, and the Democrats themselves ensured it.

Judicial Watch took Bill Clinton to court over classified material that he had in his possession after he left office. The court decided that any materials in a former president's possession were deemed to be declassified by default. Therefore, the court set the precedent that all materials in the hands of any former president are declassified. Leave it to the FBI not to know the law.
