So far, they have 200,000 additional troops out of their goal of 300,000, and they're now allowing volunteers of men with military experience who have specialty training. If Ukraine fielded every adult in the country, they can't match the number of troops that Russia can field. Russia has as many people in the reserves as Ukraine has in entire population.

If Ukraine fielded every man, woman and child in Ukraine, they couldn't outnumber just the men in the Russian reserves.
