It is inhumane, but the reason why locking was put into action was because there are people sneaking outside, there could have been better reasons, like maybe fixing the corrupted neighborhood representatives who were incompetent in giving out supplies. But right now this is a whole mess of management chaos.

@moeomeohuyenmeo1883 they do not, I am from Shanghai, we do have enough to eat and drink, but still we wish to go outside and at least exercise, how you phrased that is an aggravated attack, so I ask you now, are you writing that with any bad intentions?
