What’s funny is that, Filipino claims to the paracel islands and spratly islands only started when oil+natural gas was found on it in the 60s. Oil and USA.. hmm a pattern I suppose?

@charles7735 “what can be asserted without evidence too can be dismissed without evidence” the true reason for other nations especially the Philippines under US influence for patrolling these areas is for self gain only, politics is about self gain and protection of self interest naturally; was there ever a claim of the islands surrounding the South China Sea by any other country apart from China before oil and natural gas was discovered in the 1960s? Find a source and try disprove me please. So far no one has

Which is illegal, because after ww2, it was agreed Japan returns the conquered area to its original and rightful owner, this is indisputable that China was there on the spratly and paracel way before, anyone can prove me otherwise with a legitimate historical source. Also why is it that a scramble for these islands only begun when oil and natural gas was discovered on them ? What does usa have to do with oil hmmm

You can try find a chinese gov archive that doesn't claim EEZ if you dont beleive me. furthurmore, it is evident the philipines too has built on these islands under the cloak of "freedom to navigate". So philipines is claiming its EEZ and in china's perspective. Trying to claim the islands by fortifying them.
