  1. I noticed Russia didn't target the Ukraine electrical Grid in the winter of 2023 2024. I wonder if it is because Zelensky told putin - if you take out my grid - I am taking out yours? If so - there is a lesson there. Ukraine targeting the russia oil business is fair game. Seems like an area where EU companies can accelerate development to raise the level of destruction exponentially. Clearly at this point putin is powerless to stop any Ukraine action targeting Russia. In Jan 2022 - it was inconceivable to russians. Now it is accepted because they are powerless to stop it.
