  1. This War will decide who calls the shots in Europe. Putin from Moscow or The EU and NATO from Brussels. This is the Ukraine War for Independence.   It is the same situation in Moldova. There is no value for NATO to grant land in Europe to putin - under any circumstances. Trnanistria has nothing to do with russia - under any circumstances
