Confiscate them all. putin justified the war crying about nato threat while russians hold a trillion dollars of assets in the EU protected by NATO. You cannot have it both ways. If NATO is a threat - then you wouldn't have bought any assets in NATO protected territory. That fraud, that scam, to justify war - you forfeit all assets held in EU protected by NATO.
