It means Biden no longer fears nuclear war with russia and sees the eventuality as an acceptable risk, meaning he is willing to go to nuclear war with putin if it comes to that. Someone must have given to Biden - Proof turmp is working with putin,. Seems like real bad news for Dugin, Putin and trump. I can only presume that the three putin dugin and trump are now working a plan to unilaterally sieze power in the USA prior to Jan 20. I expect trump will adjitate militias and putin will create an international crisis. Either way - it puts trump getting to power on jan 20, 2025 less likely.
