I'd say if putin is still in power - with millions of russians hating patinas guts - then Ukraine is just going about things the wrong way. plenty of russians have a grudge with putin where putin screwed them over. Find a couple of them and get some action going. putin doesn't has massive security because he loved and cherished by the russian people. putin has massive 24/7 security because he is almost universally hated and despised by the russian people. All Ukraine has to do is - give russians a reason to roll the dice on the post putin era. And Ukraine should be constantly talking about the Post -putin era. In the Post putin era we will do this. In the post putin era we will do that. In the post putin era russia nd europe this in the post putin era Russian and Europe that. In the post putin era russia and Ukraine this and in the post putin era russia and Ukraine that...... Make russians BELEIVE that the post putin era is - Overdue.
