@liamwalton4183 Correction about that: the lobster gained its reputation because of the way it was served in prisons: ground up with the shell, turned into the original McDonald's pink paste, and served up as slop. Nothing like the delicate flavors drowned in butter we have today. That being said, the larger point is correct. I remember somebody in the comments of a video mentioning that his Scottish grandfather, as a boy, would always get bullied in school for bringing home-baked breads (artisan loaf today), while all the rich kids had the fanciest of all meats... bologna. How the times change
