Jaqen idk... That's all nice in theory, but making exceptions to presidents such as Washington and FDR was characteristic of huge changes in America, relative to other presidents. When Washington refused to be elected again, he set a precedent of 2 terms and right after he left office Burr killed Hamilton and the entire electoral process was shaken. When the U.S. had to let FDR take 4 terms to drag the country out of Depression, he caused an economic boom with policies headed by him after WWII. Without him overstepping constitutional power, America would be nothing what it is today. So is a (good) "strong leader" really that bad?
