@JimmyKillem69 Most signatories to the list aren't squeaky clean. The Paris accord isn't a club for the already successful btw, it's a commitment by the countries to reduce, proportionally and then numerically, the number of coal and gas plants they use. China of course isn't going to adhere as closely as, say, the Netherlands, but it's still making huge changes to its energy consumption. It's the largest producer of solar panels in the world right now.
