  3.  @blintzkreig1638  yes he can. he was given a memo on how to do it while in office. but he didnt. so there's your proof he knew they wasn't declassify. and once declassify they have to mark as such. part of the way to do it right. but he didn't even do that.

  4. now you brung the presidential records act. but you know the indictments wasn't about the presidential act. it was he had classify documents and even recorded showing one to people. hes charged with the same crime as any spy. having documents when he did suppose to and sharing them with people who he shouldn't have.
