Paul you bring in anyone who gets federal money and threaten them with pulling funding if they dont do as you say. so since i see federal tax on my service doesn't that make responsible to federal guide lines. and as a elected law maker isn't it your job to something for the good of us all. really blows a hole in the government shouldn't be involved. when he means i like it the way it is and not gonna change it no matter what anyone says.
