  23.  @vikinglife6316  no EPA regulations are the procedures they use to follow the LAWS that congress passes. police reg's for pulling over speeders are based on the LAWS against speeding, dont you get that at all? like the IRS have reg's for people that dont pay their taxes, since the LAWS passed say you have to pay taxes. when will you catch on? so if the EPA have reg's for dumping chemical waste, its because they are LAWS against that. sorry if MAGA is confusing you with lies,
