Even if there was that there, the battery was removed, and the vehicle was chained to the hoist, there would be a sales ahole who would cut it off, cut the lock off, steal any battery that was closest, and start the car. Best would be to remove both starter relay and fuel pump relay as well, so that at least there might be somebody notice his attempts.
