Jihadists reward their fallen heroes with a houri-filled Jannah, and the Norsemen of old rewarded them with Valhalla, but I wasn't aware Russian Orthodoxy had any kind of reward in the afterlife for those who die in battle. The speech here seems like it might be very effective at demoralizing the West though, because it gives the impression of Russian society as a death cult like WWII-era Japan, but of course we can't deal with Russia the same way we dealt with Japan because Russia has a huge nuclear arsenal. Are people here sure that the speech wasn't deliberately leaked to the West for the purpose of destroying morale?
