How about identifying why people are feeling the need to carry knives in the first place , and deal with that problem before anything else

@rightherethereeverywhere well if thats the case maybe trying to address those issues at the root , may just prevent the revolving door of it happening again and again and again

its what happens when you have a broken criminal justice system in place , let alone lack of investment in local communities, But not to worry i'm sure Labour and the Tories will trot out a plan that's destined to fail at the first hurdle and not even address any of the underlying reason . Because they are only interested in winning power
