  1. maybe if they didn't keep people waiting in waiting rooms for hours on end and kept to the time slot they allocated , Just maybe more people would turn up for there appointments and not sack it off . time keeping works both ways but i forgot there more educated which of course means there more important then us poor peasants with nothing better to do with our Time
