  2. It’s a way to physically deal with his anxiety. Don’t let them drug him. Think of it this way— he is trying to keep his mental balance. . You might consider taking him out hiking in nature often, put on some music and dance with him, have some musical instruments to play with such as a drum. Ask him to talk about what he observes in nature.
