Imagine this: help people get down payments to buy these dumps, then have a group that gathers together to repair them, one after another in a series. People can learn the skills, then be volunteering at the next one. Start with one- as an example of what is possible. Get some traction. In my neighborhood we help the elderly and disabled repair their places. It’s good for everyone.

  14. I lost track, there are so many. Most recent- a neighbor who had sudden liver and kidney failure. No earlier symptoms, no warning. Friend diagnosed with stomach cancer stage 4, dead in 2 weeks. No warning.
