@Alias_Anybody I've driven in five of the seven continents. American drivers are far from the worst, or anywhere near the worst. Among developed/western countries, my experience leads me to believe Italian drivers tend to be the most unpredictable and aggressive. The USA is a massive country – regional driving culture between states varies as much as it does between countries in Europe. People from Alaska do not drive the same way as people from California or Florida.

Roman - I own a network of digital news sites in the US and my company is part of a Google news partnership program. We have actual names and numbers of some folks at the company (not sure if it's specifically YouTube, though). I have not had to contact them in a couple of years but I will reach out to my contact and see if they can help. I was successful dealing with them once before on a monetization issue. Love the channel, and I've never felt so lucky to be a dual US-EU citizen. If I looked even remotely like you, I'd give you my EU passport to scan and upload lol.

@RonPaulBot1234 Unfortunately, no. The international driver permit is essentially just a translation of your home country's license into a foreign language. It isn't an official document issued by a government, but rather a private organization that is authorized to do so (in the US, it's AAA, for example). I do not believe you need to take classes if you have a valid license in another country. My license from the US was accepted in an EU country when I lived there, but it very well may be easier to transfer an American license than a Russian one. The thing with the US, though, is that there is no "American driver's license." There are 50 different state licenses, each with their own regulations and small differences. The Florida license, which I have, meets the international standards, but I have heard there are a few US states whose licenses do not as of yet.
