  2.  @Madchris8828  well I studied a B.A in Psych (only psych units not completed was abnormal and development psychology) and the Covid lockdowns closed my Moxed Martial Arts gym for 6 months (A’ Dojo Yagoona NSW,Sydney) which did make “physically depressed” if that makes sense and a couple “it was hard to read stuff because I felt a “Black Sea in my head” kind of like “G-forces in Top Gun Maverick”. I’ve watched 50 hours of Jordan Peterson and he says just “ride it out” even Tate says “there is no light without dark”. And I’ve done pretty much everything a boy could want in life lol 😎

  6.  @mattm7426  somatic vs mindset. They will be overlap since no one will be in an ideal situation all the time. The science of depression isn’t done yet. I reckon it’s just temporary response to stress vs bipolar disorder and anhedonia which well researched conditions.
