  8.  @Davenport4230  Lord Ismay was a powerful representative of Great Britain who were and still are determined to remain in the global vanguard. They hate the Germans and the Russians for their audacity in trying to seize power for themselves. The US are, in terms of real power, basically the Brits abroad and so we should regard them as one.
