And the same foreign chipmaking gear makers are still doing business with China, most especially in the flat panel display (LCD, OLED, LED and now micro-displays) manufacturing business. They should not rule out of establishing or even expanding local manufacturing activities inside mainland China (“in China, for China” strategy like those applied by carmakers) Even heard of the Wassenaar Agreement?
