  1. Except that's... not how people use it. Most people refer to hitting puberty. Human testes are (or should be) outside of the body at birth already. So they kinda do, but they really don't...!

  3. I think what a lot of guys do is clench their pelvic floor muscles, which can trigger the reaction too. Not sure if you can actually control the cremaster or if you're doing Kegels LOL but maybe it's like ear wiggling - some people can, some people can't. It would make sense you can't control the smooth muscle though.
